  • VAT is not included in prices.
  • Round Table Participation will be for 3 days. This type of participation is limited to 50 people.
  • The Round Table Participants will be able to listen to the invited speakers and delegate presentations and participate in discussions for 2 days. They can also participate in one-day roundtables and discussions and participate in the final discussion session of the forum. Other participants will only be able to listen to invited speakers and delegates’ presentations for the first to days. Online participants will be able to follow the presentations in the English language for the first two days. Round Table Participants will be able to listen to invited speakers and participate in all discussions for 2 days and roundtables on the third day. This opportunity will add significant wealth to the participants. Because the invited speakers and delegates are very valuable and important academicians, experts, and policymakers from 40 different countries. Meeting these important people will provide you with opportunities for your future cooperation and exchange of opinions. Except Round Table Participants will not be able to attend the roundtables and the final manifest discussion session. An English-Turkish translation will be provided for the "Participant" group
  • Note: All Presentation, round table discussion and conclusion discussion will be recorded.

  • Registration fee includes; attendance at the scientific, congressional bag and name badge.
  • Please note that, discounted rates will be valid if the booking form and payment are delivered by Oct.14, 2021.
  • The booking form will not be valid if payments are not made.
  • A copy of the booking form is required for each representative.

    • Bank Transfer Details
  • The name of the participant and the name of the Organization “IEAHWF 2022” must be written on the transfer payment form and ıt must be sent to [email protected] together with the booking form.
  • All bank transfer fee must be paid by the participant. If ant monte transfer deduction has ben made,this deduction amount is collected at the convention center.

    The Transportation service will be available for the participants between February 09th and February 13th ,2022 who contact GastroAktif Tourism from Istanbul AirPort (ISL) and Sabiha Gokcen AirPort (SAW) to Pullmann Hotel.

    All transfers will be made at the specified arrival and departure times. If you notify your flight change in writing 48 hours in advance, your transfer change will be considered.
